About Lynda

English born, I have been in Australia for over 30 years. I have been formally trained as a celebrant and have qualifications in all areas of celebrancy. As well as an Authorised Celebrant, I am a Registered Nurse with qualifications in nursing, teaching, Dementia, Aromatherapy and Massage, Neurolinguistic Programming and Pastoral Care.

Through my professional work, I have come to understand just how unique we all are. We each have specific needs, choices and beliefs. I have an empathetic nature which serves to enhance my understanding of the many passages and thresholds that occur throughout our lives.

I feel proud and honoured to perform the type of ceremony you require, whether it be, at a time of grief or on a joyous, celebratory occasion. No matter what type of ceremony you require, I will work diligently with you until we achieve your goals.

As good communication is essential when planning a ceremony, it is important that you are able to contact me no matter where, no matter when. I am able to be contacted via telephone, fax or e-mail. If for any reason I am unavailable, you may leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I can.

Performing weddings from Melbourne to Bendigo, the cool Macedon Ranges and out to the beautiful Spa Centre of Daylesford and historical Ballerat, I will come to your home or appointed place, to gather the necessary information which will ensure your special day is just that. Special! Whether it be for a renewal of vows, commitment, naming or funeral, I will supply you with examples of various ceremonies, along with appropriate words and suggestions for that “something extra.”

I will walk along side you, every step of the way. Together, we will make this special day meaningful, loving and memorable in every way. This is my promise, as a Celebrant, to you.
