Commitment Ceremony
A commitment ceremony is for those in love, who for whatever reason are either unable to, or choose not to enter into a legal marriage, but want to declare their love and commitment, to one another publicly.
The law in Australia, does not yet permit same
sex marriages, therefore this is an ideal way for same sex couples to pledge their love for one another, and celebrate their relationship in front of friends and family. This ceremony is similar to a Wedding Ceremony, but is in no way legally binding. Together, we can develop a truly romantic and meaningful ceremony, which will remain in your hearts and memory forever.
Although not a legal ceremony, you will be given a Commitment Certificate, to remind you in years to come, of your very special day. This ceremony can be as formal or as informal as you choose.
